How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite toys to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 1–3 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options supported by Shopify. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within a short window (usually within a few hours). Once your order is processed, changes are no longer possible. Please contact us at info@migis.lt as soon as possible.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, orders arrive within 7–20 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to customs or holidays.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@migis.lt. We’ll help track it and provide a solution — replacement or refund, as applicable.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Once inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
